Premium tonewoods and the time honored process of meticulous hand craftsmanship form a harmonious relationship that has established Eastman as a major force in the world of archtop guitars. Most often associated with jazz, Eastman archtops are frequently used in many other styles of music due to their beautiful sound, range and finish. Old-World craftsmanship at its Finest. Private reserve tonewoods & deluxe appointments. AR905CE is 16"x3 1/4" body (carved spruce top, carved maple back and sides) guitar with Classic Venetian cutaway, single floating Kent Armstrong (HJGS6-GD) pickup design.
The 'Slim' in the moniker refers to the 1.715" neck width at the nut, which is a mere 16th of an inch wider than our standard electric guitar nut width. If you do most of your playing on a guitar with a fairly narrow neck (most solid body electric guitars) this is the ACS-SA for you. The slim neck of this guitar along with our Ergocut shaping technique and 16" fingerboard radius provide for a very easy transition for steel string guitar players looking to integrate nylon string guitar sounds into their music. The engine in ACS-SA Slim includes individual transducer saddles powered by a customized preamp system from the RMCTM Pickup Company. This system not only produces superb amplified sound, but also produces a hexaphonic output through a 13-pin connector enabling direct access to guitar synthesizers. The chambered, silverleaf maple body with a cedar top results in an instrument that is virtually free of feedback, making it easy to use even in loud stage situations.
"This is amazing instrument with great touch and sound, awesome quality allow me to use Multiac ACS-SA live & in studio with no worries … thanks GODIN Guitars!"

The 12” British Lead™ guitar speaker is tonally superior to Celestion's™ Classic Lead™ speaker. The result is a less "chirpy" and more articulate top end. This speaker is ready to play out of the box and just gets better with age.
The 12” Retro 30™ speaker is a brighter and more articulate version of the WGS Veteran 30™ speaker. The Retro 30™ also boasts deeper and tighter bottom end. This speaker is extremely versatile and comes alive on the dirty channel.
"I never been 100% satisfied with my guitar tone and tried many different ways to reach perfection (from changing guitar electronic to changing whole rig), but WGS British Lead and Retro 30 did the magic! They fits perfect with setup that I already like and add beauty that was missed! Thanks WGS!"

The VT16 micro-head takes the great features and tone of the popular Vintage16 combo, and puts them in a compact head. This is the low-wattage, "boutique" recording tube amp so many players are looking for, and everything about this little amp oozes tone. The SOAK control goes from stout clean tones with rich midrange body to a filling upper-midrange snarl defining its tweed sound. The ALL tube design incorporates V1 12AX7 preamp and two EL84 output tubes. The power amp in its normal "PENTODE" mode puts out a crisp 16 watts. The "TRIODE" mode produces 5 watts of incredibly sweet spongy harmonics, ideal for both mic'd recording and small stage rigs. Wide bass, mid and treble control range, combined with classic long-tail reverb puts an amazing range of sound at your fingertips. Selectable 8 ohm/16 ohm impedance switch, along with silent mode for line-out operation. Made to last, with a quality plywood enclosure covered in vintage tweed.
"VT16 sounded reach, full and superior clean with jazz guitars, but with strat and rock guitars it easily cut through mix without losing natural warmth and dynamic response! And what is very important to me - VT16 can deal with any FX I've tried on it!"
